The operator rotates its winery selection day to day so it can showcase a range of Yarra Valley producers, which means the four names above are representative rather than guaranteed. That is normal for the format, and it is the reason a private tour is the only way to lock in specific cellar doors.

Departure is from the Immigration Museum on Flinders Street, returning to the same point. The vehicle carries a maximum of 24 passengers and a single booking can cover up to 8, though the operator cannot guarantee that a party larger than eight will travel on the same vehicle.

Food and hot drinks are not permitted on board, and the minimum age is 5 -- which makes this one of the few Yarra Valley tours with an included lunch that also takes younger children.
